The Aero Precision .875 Low Profile Gas Block is designed to deliver consistent gas flow and reliable performance on AR-15 and AR-308 builds with larger barrel profiles. Machined from 4140 hardened steel and finished with a durable nitride coating, this gas block ensures corrosion resistance and long-term durability under high heat and stress.
With a slim, low-profile design, it fits cleanly under most free-float handguards, making it ideal for modern builds where space and weight savings matter. Dual set screws provide secure mounting on barrels with a .875″ outer diameter, while the engraved Aero “A” logo ensures you’re running trusted, American-made quality.
Note: Roll pin not included. For best results, Aero recommends avoiding the red thread locker and using only a non-permanent thread locker on the set screws.
