Despite skepticism, Hornady’s dedication led to the creation of innovative products like the C4 Rail System and the Innergroove bullet design. The company has grown from a small operation to the largest independently owned maker of bullets, ammunition, and tools, maintaining a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and community involvement.

After Joyce's tragic death in 1981, the Hornady family continued to lead and expand the company, solidifying its position in the industry. Today, Hornady Manufacturing is renowned for its exceptional products and contributions to the shooting community, exemplifying resilience and innovation.
