Black Rifle Depot Shipping Policy

At Black Rifle Depot, our commitment is to dispatch your order within one business day.

Should our shipping schedule be delayed by more than 1-2 days, we will notify you via a banner on our website. Please be aware that during peak shopping periods, carrier delays may also occur, which are beyond our control.

Standard / Flat Rate Shipping

This shipping option is available for a flat fee of $8.95, or it's free on orders exceeding $175 within the contiguous United States. The choice of carrier is at our discretion. If you have a specific carrier preference or special delivery instructions, please include these in your order notes, and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

Signature Tracking

For orders over $200, we may require signature tracking to ensure security. If you prefer not to use this service, you can opt out in your order notes. However, please note that opting out means Black Rifle Depot cannot replace any lost or stolen items.

Additional Shipping Fees

Shipments to regions outside the contiguous United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, will incur additional charges. Ammunition can only be shipped within the lower 48 states and is not eligible for international shipping, nor shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered But Is Missing

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Claim must be filed after 15 days and before 60 days from the delivery date.
  • UPS/FedEx: Claims can be filed immediately.

Please note that we can only proceed with replacements, refunds, or providing store credit after the claim has been resolved. If multiple orders are reported missing despite being marked "delivered," we may ask for an alternative delivery address for any future or replacement orders.

Damaged/Missing Order Contents

Keep all packaging materials—bubble mailer, box, packing materials, and packing slip. Including photos in your initial claim email will expedite the claims process. Please retain all items from your order, even if they are damaged or missing some contents, as disposing of them may void potential refunds, replacements, or credits. Photos of the packing slip will aid in our internal investigation.

If your order arrives in a damaged box, the carrier may require an inspection, which could involve a carrier driver inspecting the package at your location or taking the box to a carrier facility. The specific details of the inspection will be clarified once the claim is submitted.

Tracking Delays

Shipping delays can occur due to various factors, including holidays. If your package has not moved for 14 business days, contact us to discuss a replacement or refund. "No Movement" is determined based on the last update provided by the carrier's tracking status.
