The Evolve Weapons Systems Bolt Carrier Group – Phosphate is a mil-spec, full-auto rated BCG built to meet the demands of hard use. Engineered from premium materials and finished with a durable phosphate coating, this BCG ensures smooth cycling and long-lasting reliability in any AR-15 platform chambered in 5.56 NATO.

The C158 bolt is shot-peened and HPT/MPI tested for structural integrity, while the chrome-lined carrier and gas key promote optimal gas flow and wear resistance. The 4140 extractor includes an O-ring and is paired with the Sprinco extractor and ejector springs for enhanced extraction under high round counts. A properly staked gas key and 8620 steel full-auto carrier round out a BCG that’s ready for duty, training, or defense.
