Machined from incredibly durable 4130 bar stock steel, the effective flash hider provides a noticeable improvement on the traditional A2 flash hider in both flash suppression and muzzle rise compensation, without the annoying ring that is so prevalent with open-prong designs. A slick nitride finish protects it from corrosion to give you a long lasting and durable option for your rifle.

The effective design of the 1815 draws inspiration from the muzzle device found on the original Armalite AR 18/180 series rifles, modernized and tweaked for superior performance. The integrated wire cutter feature includes dual notches at the 12 and 6 o'clock position designed to line up and hold wires. The abbreviated prongs even prevent the annoying tuning fork ring that is so common with open ended muzzle devices.
