Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Rifle Depot, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to returns where there is no defect or damage to the product.
Regulated Items
Regulated items can be returned as long as they are still in the possession of the receiving FFL dealer. Such items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $35 (whichever is greater), with the return shipping fee deducted from any refund due. It is crucial to inspect these items thoroughly for any defects or blemishes before accepting them from the FFL dealer, as failure to do so will render the item non-returnable.
If defects or blemishes are discovered, please contact us directly at support@blackrifledepot.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours with the best possible solution, which may include a replacement (if available), a refund, or store credit. Depending on the severity of the blemish, a discount may be offered.
If no visible defects are noted at the time of pickup but are later discovered during assembly, we will facilitate an exchange with the manufacturer.
Returns
To initiate a return, use the “Return” request form on our website. Returns and exchanges are processed within 4-7 business days after we receive the item at our facility.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as open box, used, blemished, or "Blem" products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any ammunition

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, less restocking fee and shipping costs, and automatically applied to your original payment method or store credit within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If the refund is still missing, please contact us at support@blackrifledepot.com.
