First off I love dealing with BRD so this is in no way a reflection on customer service. I received the handguard and it is extremely light weight. Really nice design but seems flimsy. The fit was perfect and was to install. I actually like the install better then my others. But here is the bad part, it is very noisy and I mean it makes a Tingy sound very high pitch. Lol I know that’s crazy but none the less I charge the firearm and when the bolt slams in it goes TTTTIIINNNNNGGGGG. I thought I was going crazy so I pulled out a couple of my other builds and they do not do this and it seems like it’s because of the material . I would have returned it for a replacement but I have no time to do so and wait considering the attempts on banning firearms and parts I need to make sure my rifles are finished. So I’ll just name this one “ ting ting “ and move on and maybe one day in the future find a different handguard. Again love the company and what they do I will always be a customer just this one purchase seems a little tingy is all. Thanks and stay safe.
