    Overall a solid kit for the money. Trigger is a little gritty, but it think it’ll smooth with use. No worse than most mil-spec. No nonsense budget build option.

    Good overall

    Seems like a well put together kit. Only had one issue with the buffer tube spacer being too loose, which I fixed with a few washers I had laying around. I haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet, hopefully soon. I would have given it 5 stars if not for that spacer

    Ordered this kit for my first build. I wanted the solid stock for the “retro” look. All of the parts went together as they should without any problems. This was on an Anderson lower receiver. Added a 20″ classic upper and completed my first rifle. I have about 300 rounds through the rifle and everything is working as designed. Accuracy is good also. Will definitely do this again.

    Awesome kit. Fits great, looks great. Only complaint is that the Buffer stopper weights rattle inside it. Easy fix was to take off the rubber end and stuff some material in there, then close it back up. Works great!

    I’m starting my first AR build, and it didn’t take long to discover that parts are very hard to find. When you do they’re usually kinda high (supply & demand, right?). The Black Rifle Depot had AR lower assembly kit including the stock assembly for a fair price. My order shipped fairly fast. I would recommend BDR to anyone who is building/repairing a rifle.

    Ordered June 23 2020 Received in the mail July 6 2020.

    All parts in order, everything had a good finish and at the price point you can’t beat it. Il be ordering another kit soon.

    Only con is the actual buttock finish could be a little better. Solid piece but could have a better finish.

    Kinda cheap but it all fit.

    Buttstock looks like cheap plastic. Maybe I can sand the seam somehow. Must be made in China. The parts all fit. The trigger was excellent. Only knocked a star off because I think the buttstock will discolor when it gets hit and the seam down the middle.

    I got the A2 stock and own parts kit and out it on a Anderson lower. The finish on all the lower parts were deep nitrate it appeared. All was perfect. The a2 stock was also perfect. It also came with the compressed road inside to make for a soft storage compartment. Super happy with this product. I will say don’t forget to pick up some blue locktite for installing the rear buffer tube

    Everything went together fine, all internals good. Had a problem with the buffer and spring. Would short stroke me every shot. Bought new buffer and spring from different company and everything works fine.

    Lpk was missing a part when I got it but BRD sent one in a couple days (without so much as a “sorry sh#t happens” I might add). Decent budget parts kit though.

    My honest Review

    Received the parts very nicely. The Stock kit were in a sealed bag and the lower part kits were in another sealed bag.

    Butt stock: It is black and feels solid. The ruber butt plate feels Ok, door compartment is plastic as well. The compartment area is large but it doesn’t have the foam inside. The back screw are not flat like mil-spec stocks.

    Tube & extension: Feels solid.

    Recoil Spring and Buffer: Recoil Spring is a thinner profile, not as thick as a standard Rifle length rifle and is slightly longer. Buffer has a slightly different profile than standard Buffer as well as the weight I felt less weight than the standard Buffer. What I think is that these are not Mil-spec or every manufacturer has different machinery and ways to make things.

    Lower part kits: Some of the parts might be cast and the finish is black paint or nitrite finish. They are really black and doesn’t match a lets say PSA lower finish.

    The good is that these have lifetime warranty from Trinity.

    well to start the stock was decent everything fit snug with the stock. The lower parts kit though…… could be better. The safety selector is sloppy with a lot of play in between safe and fire the trigger pull is outrageously stiff the take down pins are extremely hard to get out the Buffer spring does not have enough force to close all the way after charging. Kit doesn’t come with the front take down pin tool so setting the spring and detent are a huge pain in the ass. Over all I’d say the stock is decent quality for price but the lower parts kit…. I’ll just go ahead and pitch that
