APOC Armory 16" .223 Wylde Cold Hammer Forged Barrel

Can't speak much for durability. Barrel looks to be quality, but would've preferred there to be a gas block dimple on the underside.

I have yet to install this barrel, but I can tell by the workmanship that it's of excellent quality and should be a good shooter. BRD is an excellent shop as well. Win-Win.

07-25-2020. I am very pleased with this barrel. The overall quality of it is fantastic. Excellent black nitride finish. I haven't taken a bore camera down it but it looks flawless to the naked eye. It mated up perfect to my ROWE Tactical upper that I'm building. I installed a .750 Odin low profile adjustable gas block with a SLR Black Nitride mid length gas tube and everything fit perfect. I mounted a Ultradyne Mercury muzzle break with 1/28 thread and it went on smooth. I've only gotten 40 rounds through it at 25 yards with a Vortex Crossfire Red Dot to sight it in so far. But with a bipod and a rear bag I was able to get sub moa 5 round groups repeatedly with .556 55 gr white box federal ammo. I'm very pleased with it! The only down side was the shipping speed. It took 14 days from the date of purchase to be delivered to me. All I bought was the barrel the BRD charging handle a bolt catch. Unfortunately I followed a link to BDR website and didn't see the main page saying they average 10 days to ship. Their communication was excellent!
