The CMMG 5" Barrel and BCG Kit in 9mm is an excellent choice for building a Pistol Caliber Carbine with CMMG's Patent Pending Radial Delayed Blowback System. This kit is designed to work exclusively with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers with a modified ejection port, and most mil-spec AR15 lowers when used with 9 AR Conversion mags and CMMG MkGs Mk17 and Mk9* lower. Unlike direct blowback systems, RDB slows the BCG, reducing felt recoil and resulting in a lighter BCG for a more lightweight rifle. The kit is precisely manufactured and offers long-term reliability and durable construction for a quality build.

*Older Mk9 lowers will require a CMMG retrofit kits to convert it to a Radial Delayed Blowback compatible lower, instead of Traditional Blowback.
