Comstock Armory Compact 9mm Facemount Flash Hider – M14x1LH
The Comstock Armory Compact 9mm Facemount Flash Hider (SKU: FHC-M14L-FM) is a rugged, suppressor-ready muzzle device designed for AK-pattern firearms and other platforms with metric left-hand threads. It serves as both a high-efficiency flash hider and a precision mounting interface for Plan-B style suppressor adapters.Â
The FHC-M14L-FM is engineered specifically for barrels that lack a traditional 90-degree mounting shoulder. By indexing off the muzzle face, it ensures a square and concentric fit on problematic platforms like select AK-pattern rifles.
- Facemount Configuration: Ideal for barrels without a proper shoulder, providing a reliable mounting surface for suppressors on platforms like the PSA AK-V and various AK-pattern firearms.
- Outward Gas Redirection: Unlike traditional flash hiders, this model redirects expanding gases outward, significantly reducing blast-baffle erosion and extending your suppressor’s service life.
- Universal Interface: Fully compatible with common .900″-24 adapters, including the Comstock LPA, Q Plan-B, and Rearden Atlas.
- No Timing Required: The rotationally symmetric design eliminates the need for shims or crush washers, ensuring consistent alignment during installation.
