The Faxon Firearms TiN M16 Bolt Carrier Group is built for shooters who expect more than standard Mil-Spec performance. Finished with a gold TiN PVD coating on the carrier assembly, this BCG delivers smooth operation, easier cleaning, and a distinctive appearance.
Designed for reliability under demanding conditions, each bolt is heat-treated, shot-peened, and magnetic particle inspected to ensure material integrity. The M16 full-auto profile carrier is compatible with full-auto fire control groups and modern multi-stage trigger systems, while the properly staked gas key and durable extractor assembly provide long-term dependability.
