A tunable gas block is great, but the Adjustable Gas Block from ODIN Works has pinpoint adjustability and is packed with features. Machined from steel and black nitrided for durability, our adjustable gas block features a front-facing stainless-steel adjustment screw and spring to withstand high temperatures. 20 clicks of ball detent adjustment, no set screws needed, simply adjust the stainless screw where you want it, and you’re done. An adjustable gas block can reduce recoil and wear, and allow for a variety of custom options on your rifle.
A traditional, fixed gas block allows a fixed amount of gas to flow through the system. It’s a one-size-fits-all solution for gas-powered rifles. A fixed gas block will almost always be over-gassed so it can cycle the rifle with a variety of ammunition and other variables that affect cycling. However, there are many downsides to having an over-gassed rifle. These downsides include excessive recoil, increased wear and tear, running hotter and dirtier, and reduced reliability, just to name a few.
A solution to all that? Enter the adjustable gas block. With an ODIN Works Adjustable Gas Block, you’ll have 20 pre-set micro adjustments to reduce or increase the gas flow on your rifle. This allows you to run just the right amount of gas to cycle your rifle perfectly, while having minimal recoil (increasing accuracy), running more efficiently and cooler, less wear on your rifle, and allowing customizations such as running different bolt carrier groups, different buffer weights, adding a suppressor, or running different ammunition.
