Connecticut
Restrictions for Connecticut include:- No shipment of stripped or complete receivers

Delaware
Restrictions for Delaware include:- No sales of Automatic Knives
- No rifle or shotgun sales to any resident of Delaware that is under 21 years old.
- No variants of AR15 or AK47, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware.
- No semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
- A folding or telescoping stock.
- A pistol grip or a thumbhole stock.
- A forward pistol grip.
- A flash suppressor.
- A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
- A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches
- No semi-auto shotguns are to be sold to residents of Delaware with the following characteristics:
- Possesses a detachable magazine.
- Possesses both a pistol grip and folding or telescopic stock.
- Possesses a revolving cylinder.
- No semi-automatic pistol with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds.
- No semi-automatic pistol that has a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
- An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip.
- A threaded barrel.
- A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel except a slide.
- A second hand grip.
Illinois
Statewide restrictions for Illinois include:- General Restrictions:
- No sales to the city of Chicago.
- Handgun magazines must not exceed a 15-round capacity.
- No sales of serialized receivers (either stripped or complete).
- No sales of upper receivers (either stripped or complete).
- AR/AK pistols and rifles are not allowed.
- FOID (Firearm Owner's Identification) card required for all ammunition purchases.
- Drop shipping of ammunition is prohibited.
- No .50 caliber firearms or ammunition.
- Threaded barrels are not allowed.
- No completed upper receivers.
- Rifle and pistol kits are restricted.
- AR/AK parts cannot be sold.
- No stabilizing braces or blades.
- Binary triggers are not permitted.
- No bump stocks.
- Chicago:Â No sales to the city of Chicago.
