The 16″ 5.56 NATO Lightweight Carbine M-LOK Complete Upper is built for shooters who want a responsive, easy-handling carbine without sacrificing dependable components. Its lightweight barrel profile keeps unnecessary weight off the front of the rifle, helping the upper feel quicker during transitions and more comfortable through extended range sessions.
At the heart of the assembly is an 16-inch 5.56 NATO lightweight carbine barrel with a 1:7 twist, .625-inch gas block journal, and 1/2×28 muzzle threads. The barrel is paired with a nitrided steel gas block, stainless steel carbine-length gas tube, American-made M-LOK handguard, black nitride M16-profile bolt carrier group, charging handle, and A2 birdcage.
Each upper is assembled with attention to gas-system alignment and component fit. The barrel is dimpled for the gas block, the gas system is checked with compressed air for excessive leakage, Permatex 242 is applied where appropriate, and Aeroshell 33MS anti-seize is used on the barrel nut and muzzle device.

Assembly Note
The exact M-LOK handguard style may vary from batch to batch. All uppers use an American-made handguard.
Each barrel is dimpled for the gas block, and the gas system is checked with compressed air during assembly. Permatex 242 and Aeroshell 33MS anti-seize are used where appropriate during assembly.
Accuracy Note
The barrel is guaranteed to hold 1 MOA or better when used with properly weighted match-grade factory ammunition and fired from a stable rest.
