The Centurion Arms 5.56 Chrome Sandcutter Bolt Carrier Group combines the company’s hard chrome Sandcutter carrier with its E4/ETB tapered chrome bolt for a complete AR-platform BCG built around enhanced durability and specialized bolt geometry.
The hard chrome carrier features Centurion’s Sandcutter rail design and comes equipped with a chrome gas key secured with T-OCKS fasteners on current production units. A hard chrome cam pin, firing pin, and retaining pin complete the carrier assembly.
The included E4 tapered bolt uses strengthened tapered locking lugs and dual ejectors. Centurion designed the bolt with a larger radius between the bolt body and lugs to reduce stress concentration, while the dual-ejector configuration is intended to improve ejection consistency, including in suppressed and over-gassed rifles.
