The Toolcraft 6.8 SPC/.224 Valkyrie M16 Profile Bolt Carrier Group combines a durable Nickel Boron finish with proven materials for compatible AR-15 builds chambered in 6.8 SPC or .224 Valkyrie. Its slick NiB surface helps reduce friction, resist wear, and simplify cleaning compared with untreated carrier surfaces.
This complete BCG uses an 8620 steel M16-profile carrier and a 9310 alloy steel bolt. The bolt is shot peened and magnetic particle inspected, while the gas key is secured with properly staked Grade 8 fasteners. A hard-chrome 8740 steel firing pin and 4140 steel extractor complete the assembly.
